Below is the story of the interior design
The design proposition is "Performance"
Performance for me means not only power and speed, but also driving experience. Powerful speed and high-performance racing experiences are easy to achieve but having a comfortable performance driving experience is not common and quite needed.
To achieve this, there are three key words in this design: floating, comfort and control.
Floating theme is inspired by camera stabilizer, which aims to provide a stable driving experience. Combining this with a puffy seat can also bring a more comfortable experience. Meanwhile, to achieve a better control performance, this design used a one-seat layout and AR headrest to provide an immersive driving experience.
The electromagnet seat control system can not only adjust the seating position, but also provide a buffer force. It can controlled in real time to adapt to different driving conditions.
Many thanks for Polestar to make this as a 1:1 scale model and presented in Munich during IAA 2023. The resulting Polestar Synergy is the product of over six months of collaboration between the winners and the Polestar Design team to turn three distinct dreams into one cohesive reality.
